shelby- you are NOT alone. I’d like to tell you my food has been perfect, but I’ve had wine and I had ice cream w Lorna doone cookies this weekend. I measured all of it and tracked it in my food tracke, but yeah.... I think i am my own worst critic and I have some real problems with self talk. I am reading/listening to a Book by Shaun T called T is for transformation. It’s very thought provoking and helps to figure out your why. I still am not entirely sure why I self sabotage, but I do! I’m trying to evaluate and fix it permanently I have decided to embrace the suck because I’m not food perfect. More like 85/15 Bc I haven’t learned yet to completely reset my taste buds to solely clean food. My husband and I are both big Foodies and thus The 85/15 Is more manageable. I joined this this Bc i had lost 40 lbs and 4 sizes on weight watchers and they changed the program to make protein “free”. I followed diligently and gained 8lbs. then my husband and I took a 25th anniversary trip to Austrailia and I had decided F-it! I had to buy jeans Bc I had thrown out all of the larger ones. Also, have ALWAYS hated exercise, only the longer I keep at it the more I believe I don’t ACTUALLY hate exercise, I honestly hate changing outfits mid day, lol. Soooo I’ve been keeping my focus more on movement then food, and chosen excercise clothes all day or real clothes. All of this had had resulted in a total of 2 lbs lost, so even though its tiny. I’ll take it Long rant! Hope you all survived my babble.
