Hi Robbie! 1,2,3......TEAM Omg! I am beyond excitied to have earned a T-shirt, you rock @Robbie Gibbons🌈 I feel like I am learning to defeat my mind 🤔 when life throws the “suck”. I have intentionally decided/chosen/developed, to make exercise an enjoyable experience with my brain 🧠 and body 🏋️♀️ I really seem to hate getting “ready”for exercise, not the ACTUAL exercise or work, as I’m always happy afterward. I guess it means that I had a realization that a sucky day (or attitude) doesn’t mean I need to punish my body and mind by withholding movement. I mean I would never force my kids to eat junk food because they had a bad day.... I have made new friends on this journey @robbie @Leanne Jones @Shelby Davis @Maria Jasper Carusone @Michael who have helped me stay motivated via our Apple watches and the encouraging or sarcastic cheers we can all give each other. We are connected on Facebook too! This is the squad that I can call on when life gets too real! It’s nice to have people outside of my normal friends and hubby to lean on. I’ve learned to live without wine on weeknights! We’ve always cooked well, so we have learned to use spices to do away with sauces. I’ve personally removed most quick carbs. (I get them from veggies and berries instead) I’ve upped my water intake which is a HUGE deal. I’ve learned to drink coffee black. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed homemade spice cake w cream cheese frosting and toasted walnuts last Saturday for my birthday, and it felt special, not gluttonous, Bc I have eliminated them from my usual lunch time snack (espresso and a cookie is a healthy lunch right) I’ve completed a 3 week yoga program and have now added transformation 20. I have not skipped or made excuses about going to the gym or walking the dog, and found happiness in podcasts and comedy radio while I workout. I still hate food prep I’m so thrilled we will still be able to connect, and I thank you for auditioning for Castaways. I was so inspired by you I googled you to see what happed and well......the last 6 weeks is what happened along with your transformation. Conquer your mind to transform your life! That is the mantra of Shaun T from Beach Body. I’ve been reading ang listening to his book T is for transformation. He is such a neat guy. He really lays it all out there and makes me think about my journey. He has has inspired me so much in the fitness arena ( like you @Robbie in my thoughts) that I bought his new program early to add to my Beach body on demand library so I could work out with him. The program is 20 minutes a day. IT IS HARD, but I’ve completed week one to the best of my ability and I’m proud of myself almost to tears to be honest, Bc I DID NOT quit or make an excuse not to do it even yesterday when I had to change my clothes 3 times to fit it in (seems dumb but when I put on normal clothes, I sort of decide no workout is needed) I’m fixing that by wearing a parkour clothes until the job is done if possible then changing. if you need something to do at home, I recommend this one! Have a happy Saturday. I’m hosting 6 nations rugby later today w our friends so we can watch it on tape delay. Off to a friends house for Super Bowl tomorrow. I truly appreciate all of you in this group! Deanna

Robbie (you) inspired me so much on the show and I couldn’t understand why people left him (you) and didn’t listen. Im prating for my success and for all of you, for yours. I hope to learn my mental obstacles, and how to tell them to be quiet and that it will all be ok. Cheers, deanna
