Hi, everyone. I am excited to be on this journey with all of you. Robbie and I went to school together in Birmingham and I have LOTS of great Robbie stories :-) Just kidding, Robbie, I wouldn't do that to you (and hope you wouldn't do that to me either!). I have three goals for 2019 and I am hoping this community of support can help: more sleep (8-9 hours consistently), eliminate as much sugar as possible, and lose weight (35-45 pounds). So, I am focused on sugar, sleep, and weight. #wegotthis Have a great week, y'all!
