Well fellow Islanders - can you believe it is the start of Week # 4 !! I am working on keeping clean foods in the house/meal prep and working on lower body exercising and yoga - as my shoulder is buggered up :( chiro said I have a tear in the back of my shoulder that will not heal and only can be repaired via surgery - but hoping we can get it under control then will be getting a trainer to work on strengthening etc. With this pain I am having moments of throwing in the towel to be honest - but I remember all of my Islanders @Robbie Gibbons and plugging away. I wanted to wish each and every one of you a wonderful day.... Happy Sunrise...and YES We will MAKE It to Sunset #WEGOTTHIS !!!!!!!!!!

Hey islanders 🌴... made it to sunset 🌅... a long day was awake at 4:30 am and could not get back to sleep 💤 annoyed battling a shoulder / neck injury ... doing exercises / massage : heat and ticked I have to try doing just lower body exercises. booked chrio on Friday ... scares the poo 💩 out of me ... but maybe some work will help. This will be my first time 😂😱 any tips ??????

Hello fellow islanders! sorry for not posting much here/having continuous issues in getting into the forums to post/ reply etc :(( Ive been having issues since day one / anyone else ? 😫 I was hoping there may also be a private facebook group as that may be an easier alternative/ but have not received a reply on that I posted about that in week 1. i really find the constant communication/ posting/ support is helpful !!!!

Good morning fellow Island dwellers. Week # 2 - first week went by very quickly. There were a few obsticles - my mind/body - saying "No I don't want to exercise today, It's OK to eat that chocolate" and my Mom's Birthday on Saturday with dinner then not one but THREE CAKES !! - and I got through them all - strong and focused :!!! But - you know what WE ARE STRONG ... I am working on my #MindSetReSet - and working on being stronger /postive and changing the I can't do that, or I am not good enough attitudes :) WE are ALL So worth It. Let's Prove them Wrong:) Have a wonderful day - #WEGOTTHIS !!!! Lets make this day ROck !!!! l

Happy Weekend everyone on our "ISLAND".....!! Got my 45 mins exercise in before heading to my Mom's to celebrate her 84th Birthday:))) Working on my #MindsetReset with Mel Robbins - this is a free sign up for a month and is full of positive information to change our mindset to move forward in a positive manner..sooo amazing !!! Watching her live feed before I head out - this is so worthwhile if anyone is interested - on Facebook/Youtube/Instagram - have to sign up !!! Enjoy this amazing day !!! Hello - Happy Day # 3. Just wondering is there also a closed Facegroup Group for this challenge ? I find it can be a easier way to communicate and share/support/motivate. I am not sure if I missed if there is a Facebook Group. ?

Hey question after payment and email...??? Once you have paid for the challenge, please be sure to go back to the “6 week challenge tab” click on “members” and log on using the email and password you selected. This step will complete your challenge registration! - was this part the part about filling out the size for a TSHIRT ? I could not find a place to log in with password ?
