I am unfamiliar with this type of "forum." It kind of confuses my brain. Is there a start place? I found this so I guess it is here. I committed to myself to stop eating after 6pm and have kept that now for 4 days. I have my worst time with binging in the evenings. So far so good. I read an article that talked about addictive behavior and that every time we make a choice to not engage in the addiction we are building a new neural pathway and strengthening it. I so loved Robbie on Castaways and appreciate his journey. Wishing much success to everyone!
