But I'm back on! So I've meal prepped and ate under 1500 calories for 3 weeks. Fish, veggies, chicken, quinoa, you get the idea . Well I found myself in a situation where I scarfed some Krystals down at 1am. I'm sure y'all know why lol. I ate my prepped meal before heading out on a girls night out, 6 hours later I ruined it! So that one meal got me so down mentally that I said screw the entire weekend. I ate burgerking, McDonald's.... Lying in bed last night I literally felt physically sick from what I had put in my body and definitely mentally drained . For the first time in a long time I understand it's ok to mess up, but get right back on that horse! I now have 10 prepped low calorie yummy meals waiting to fuel me for success. I have to win this, I have to! #resetbuttonhit

3 weeks in and I'm feeling better about myself just from the choices I've made. Kinda tough this week but I'm hanging on. 1 decision at a time! Y'all have a good rest of the week 😊

So, without telling my whole story, I'm an adapted Physical Education teacher in Alabama, therefore I work with students with special needs and different ABILITIES. One of my students saw my bracelet and kept pointing at it as he is nonverbal. I said " "yeah buddy we got this" as we were working on our skills. He just gave the biggest SMILE. The rest of the class kept saying We got this.... Guys, if these kids with such big challenges they face daily, hourly, minutely can say We got this every day of their life because they HAVE TO, then we can too. Y'all keep moving and keep smiling. All the strength you need is right there inside you.

Eating my prepped meals and MOVING! I have been using a dry erase board to write down every day how I plan to move. It's a visual that helps me. I also started recording a message to myself during the day at a hard point to self motivate! We got this guy's! All the strength you need is right there inside you!

Meal prep is difficult but key. Prepping tomorrow and then I'll prep again on Sunday. Any good healthy ideas for salmon? Trying to add fish to my diet and I have no clue how to cook it unless it's fried catfish and that's what got me here haha. Robbie? Anyone? Also what's some good snack ideas?? One choice at a time guys. We got this. I'm also going to be doing health wage to make some money since I'm going to lose weight . Win win. Use the money to buy smaller clothes hopefully!
