I have not exercised for about 20 years and today I walked 1/2 mile and did 40 minutes of yoga. It felt great and now I just have to commit to doing it again tomorrow. Tomorrow is when the real challenge starots for me - I have to go back to work and it is easy for me to get focused in and forget to eat until i am starving and make bad choices and put off the workout until I am too tired. So- lunch tomorrow is going to be my walk time. Wish me luck- just get through the night!
