@mad6871 Salad looks amazing - something right up my alley for sure! You may want to pre-pack snacks for yourself throughout the day though - vs. only eating one meal. By eating some healthy snacks (cut up veggies, boiled egg, nuts, etc.) your body will continue to be burning fuel, vs. running on empty. It will also ensure your metabolism keeps clicking away vs. trending down to a low rate. One meal a day here and there is okay - but your body will thank you for eating intermittently - and you'll feel better for it. (And... you can still have that yummy salad!) Sorry if I sound like I am preaching, I've just been there, done that before - so trying to pass it on. :)

Shelby - You are so motivating - your summary of your day and struggles really helped me see that we are truly all in this together - Thank you, and CONGRATS for pushing through and closing those rings! (Not to mention drinking all of that water!) We Got This!!!

Wow - impressed that you pushed through and still got your workout in, reminds me of Robbie's "Don't quit until you are proud of what you have done" inspiration card. Certainly, you must be proud of pushing through and accomplishing your work out despite all of the other factors you had working against you. Awesome!! I've been where you are with a sump pump issue, and that was just with our dogs, (kids are grown), so while not the exact same, I can understand the stress factor. Good luck getting your basement dry again!

Hello Deanna! I had the same issue, but figured it out - see below for two screen shots that I hope will help. It's a matter of hovering over the "6 Week Challenge" link in the screen menu, and then clicking on the "Forum" link. If anyone has a better approach - I'd be interested too.

@Shelby Davis @Leanne Jones Kudos to you both, Ladies! I'm with you both - and together we Got This! I'm also working on hitting the 10,000 steps per day - and I have no excuse since I have 2 fur babies (rescue dogs) that absolutely Love to walk. Why am I depriving them, and myself, of such a simple joy that is healthy for all of us? Water is another goal for me, and love the idea of putting seltzer water (or my favorite - flavored Mio water) into a fancy wine glass. Looking forward to our journey together!
