Thought we could share some tips on clean eating. Maybe Robbie can share what he meals preps into his meals each week? I just made a vegetable soup with low sodium beef broth and squash, zucchini, green beans, carrots, onions, and a head of cabbage. Just added a small thing of tomato paste and seasoning and let it cook. It's great for a filler when your a tad hungry but don't really want to eat many calories, and it's super healthy. Even my 9 year old is eating a bowl as we speak. What great healthy eating ideas do ya'll have?
