My stretching I do is from yoga classes I have done. I’m planning to sign up for some yoga classes in a couple of weeks. Kind of something to look forward to! In the meantime I will keep moving!!!🙂

Feeling like the only old lady here who has physical limitations that prevent a lot of exercises! Played sports when I was younger and had back surgery a year ago and have a knee that has zero cartilage...limits a lot of the exercises I used to do! My focus right now is water, water, water and walking during my workday. Went to the gym on day 1 and did treadmill and some light upper body work. Have been doing stretches every day. Focusing on clean eating right now and hoping when some weight comes off the exercising will be more doable! In it for the long haul! #WeGotThis

Safe travels Robbie. I am taking black eyed peas and some greens to my parents who are 87 and 90! Seeing them always makes me smile! Am drinking lots of water and walking as much as possible. We are in this together!

I understand exactly what you're saying! I went back to the gym today and walked on the treadmill and did a light upper body workout. Came home and took my two dogs out for a walk. I'm focusing on drinking water. I know I don't drink enough and so my goal for now is to drink water and move each day. When I first watched Castaways I thought "Meh, this is going to be a silly show". When the video of Robbie came on and he told his story, I literally cried because I could relate so much. Throughout the show I was rooting for Robbie and was so amazed by his positive outlook. 2019 is going to be my year! Robbie has given me hope...and I haven't had that in a long time. WE GOT THIS!!!
